Cluster the Cloud Season 1: Episode #1 "Hail Power"

In episode #1 we see Cluster trying to take on Weathermaster using his Hail Power. But with great weather skills, Weathermaster is able to get over and warn the Local in time to take cover. The Local listens to the Weathermaster and because of this Cluster is only able to cause damage to the Locals window.
